How to enroll in Mastercard Travel Rewards?

Individual ICBC Mastercard cardholders do not need to enroll or register for Mastercard Travel Rewards, for offers that are specified as “spend in-store” offers or offers specified as “online offers automatic rewards”. All eligible cashback transactions will be processed automatically.

Mastercard Terms and Conditions

1.The processing of cashback offers is automated by Mastercard systems, and cashback will appear as credit on your card statement within thirty (30) business days from the date of the transaction or longer depending on the Merchant’s terms and conditions.

2.By participating in Mastercard Travel Rewards, cardholder acknowledges that eligible transactions are limited to those processed by Mastercard with respect to the country of transaction (destination markets) and can only be made with a qualifying Mastercard branded card issued in the home market. A qualifying transaction or eligible purchase is one where a cardholder makes a purchase that meets the cashback offer's published criteria. These criteria include the use of an enrolled Mastercard at a participating merchant, paying in the specified currency, and satisfying all of the applicable terms and conditions stated in the offer’s advertising. Dynamic currency conversion transactions are not eligible for Mastercard Travel Rewards offers.

3. If you cancel or refund a purchase after the cashback has been allocated to you, Mastercard reserve the right to deduct such cashback from your account.

4.The cashback rates offered by merchants may vary from time to time, resulting in a slight discrepancy between the cashback rate indicated and the final cashback rate received. Please refer to your account summary page for the final cashback amount.
5.Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions, ICBC Singapore’s Terms and Conditions and each individual Merchant’s Terms and Conditions. ICBC Singapore Terms and Conditions

1.ICBC means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.

2.Mastercard Travel Rewards is valid from 1 October 2022 until 30 September 2023.

3.Payment must be made using an ICBC Zodiac Credit Card or ICBC Global Travel Card issued by ICBC Singapore Branch.

4.Cashback earned under the Mastercard Travel Rewards will be treated as a refund, and therefore cashback earned for the qualifying transaction under respective ICBC Zodiac Credit Card or ICBC Global Travel Credit Card will be deducted.

5.ICBC is not an agent of the participating Merchants and shall not accept any liability in relation thereto.

6.ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the participating Merchants. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provide by the participating Merchants.

7.ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.

8.These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
