We are writing to inform you of changes to the checking accounts you may have with ICBC (USA). If you have a Personal Checking Account or Student Checking Account, please refer to the following chart for changes that will become effective May 15, 2024.

The changes will allow us to continue to improve our products and services to assist you better. Some additional features you enjoy with your ICBC Checking Account are:
- No incoming wire transfer fee if originated from an ICBC branch worldwide.
- Our VISA® branded Debit Card make your daily transactions more secure. You can also sign up for SMS alerts to monitor the card usage and “tap to go” for faster check-out at millions of merchants. Your VISA® Debit Card or your checking account can also be added to P2P applications such as Venmo®2.
- ICBC (USA) Debit cards can be used at any ATM that accepts VISA®, PLUS®, and STAR®.
- Chinese language option using our ICBC (USA) App for Android® or Apple®.
- Upgrade to our Premier Account if you maintain a minimum balance of $25,000 or more to enjoy additional benefits, including waived fees on outgoing wire transfers, promotional interest rates, and more.
