ICBC (Thai) gave out blankets to students in Lampoon Province and Chiang Mai Province as part of the “Blanket For You” project and to the 33rd Border Patrol Police Headquarters, Chiang Mai. Each year ICBC (Thai) donates a total of 500 blankets to those in need lacking winter protection in order to help relieve suffering from cold weather.
