ICBC Global Market: RMB Interest Rate Market Update - April 9, 2018
 

Liquidity eased on Sunday. Overnight repo rates fell around 2 bps at 2.3955 percent, and 7-day repo rates sagged around 7 bps at 2.7369 percent. Yields of cash T-bonds edged down in light trading due to public holidays. 1-year T-bonds yields remained unchanged at 3.28 percent; 5-year T-bonds were flat to yield 3.625 percent; 10-year T-bonds were also flat to yield 3.71 percent. Yields of financial bonds turned lower in thinned trading. 1-year bonds issued by China Development Bank remained unchanged to yield 3.755 percent; 5-year bonds issued by the Bank were flat to yield 4.50 percent; and 10-year bonds lost 5 bps to yield 4.61 percent.
