Recently ICBC won the title of "Best Cash Management Bank of China" by The Asset, a famous international financial magazine, for the third consecutive year. The honor shows ICBC has been widely accepted and high appraised by international financial market and enterprises.

According to relevant official of ICBC, by the end of 2008, ICBC has become the biggest cash management bank in China: with the increase rate of over 100%, nearly 120,000 clients had signed cash management agreements with ICBC, representing an increase of over 60,000 clients comparing with the same period of the previous year. With the increase rate of over 100%, ICBC has become the biggest cash management bank in China. Besides expansion of market scale, ICBC focuses on the enhancement of service contents and philosophy of cash management as well as other important aspects whereby the bank has gradually realized the significant shifts from fund management business to comprehensive wealth management business, from local service to global service, from single client service to supply chain finance service, holding absolute leading position in domestic banks both in client resource scale and service support level. Meanwhile the bank also constantly expands the business scope and lifts the service quality of the cash management, and extends cash management service from internal control to fund chain management for enterprises, from simple collection and payment as well as centralization fund management to comprehensive wealth management business.

With the rapid development of the cash management business, ICBC makes great effort to integrate traditional settlement products and promote the settlement product packages so as to realize great growth in settlement business. By the end of 2008, 3760,000 settlement corporate accounts had been opened in ICBC. With an increase of 30%, RMB settlement corporate business had reached new height of RMB 520 trillions in this year. All these made ICBC leading the way in the market.  

The relevant official of ICBC said, this year the bank would continue to persist in the service philosophy "Taking market demand as direction and clients as the center", enhance the professional quality of cash management service, strengthen the ability of global cash management service and offer more considerate settlement and cash management services.
