Notice of Updated Terms and Conditions

Effective July 1, 2026, the Bank has updated “Your Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosures” to provide additional detail regarding existing provisions. These changes do not make any substantive modifications to the terms governing your account, but are intended to provide additional information regarding existing terms. Below is a summary of these changes:

•    California Unclaimed Property Notice – This provision has been updated to provide additional details regarding our obligation to notify you pursuant to the California Unclaimed Property law.

•    “Your Ability to Withdraw Funds: Longer Delays May Apply” – This provision has been updated to explain that an exception to our general funds availability policy may apply when you make a large deposit to a non-consumer account or redeposit a returned item.
