Points to note for customer making fund transfer
The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the "Bank") would like to remind customers to perform fund transfer carefully.
- Before confirming the transaction, please check carefully the information including payee account number/ mobile phone number/ e-mail address / FPS ID and/or payee name (partially masked) to avoid errors when making fund transfers.
- Please promptly report to the Bank if you receive any suspicious fund transfer .
- Please return the mis-transferred funds through the Bank in the event that you have received funds that are mis-transferred to you, and kindly note that you may be criminally liable if the mis-transferred funds are not returned.
