With ICBC (Asia) HKD and USD Current Accounts, you can make day-to-day local payments by cheque at ease. You can also pay by cheques in Guangdong Province (including Shenzhen) in the mainland China if you open our personal RMB Current Account. What’s more, you will receive a monthly statement showing the details of transactions.
HKD Current Account
- The minimum initial deposit is HKD1,000
- You can make HKD cash and cheque deposits and withdrawals at any of our branches
USD Current Account
- The minimum initial deposit is USD200
- You can pay in USD and save charges for the issuance of demand draft as well as remittance
RMB Current Account1
- The minimum initial deposit is RMB1,000
- You can make RMB payments by cheques for spending expenditure in Guangdong Province (including Shenzhen) in the mainland China
- Maximum aggregate amount of cheque issuing is RMB80,000 per day.
