Let’s go Green together. ICBC Asia will reduce carbon emissions with you, and switch to use e-Statements and e-Advice immediately. You can view, print or save the statements or advices by logging on to our online banking, which is safety and more convenient. You do not need to keep any paper statement or advice and do not worry about the information will be lost. Starting from July 1, 2020, the Bank will adjust the paper statement service charges, and convert to electronic mail services for some eligible customers at the same time. Details are as follows:
Starting from July 1 2020, the Bank will adjust the fee for paper statement from「HK$20/year」to「HK$10/quarter」. After the fee adjustment, customers will be charged「HK $ 10」for the first half of 2020. If you continue to use paper statement after July, a quarterly fee will be charged in the first month after the end of each quarter.
The Paper Statement Service charges will be applicable to the following types of statement:
Our Banking Statement including Integrated Account, Elite Club Account, e-Age Banking Account, Current Account, Statement Savings Account and Time Deposit Account;

The Paper Statement Service Charges will NOT be applicable to investment, loans, mortgage and company accounts.
Customers who meet the following criteria will also be exempted:
(1)Aged below 18 or aged 65 and above;
(2)Receipts of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (supporting documents required);
(3)Persons who present a proof of disability document (e.g. document of receiving government disability allowance);
(4)Low income customers, monthly salary below HKD8,000 (supporting documents required).
Any customer who meets either criteria (2) or (3) or (4) should visit our branch to arrange for fee exemption. For joint accounts, if any one of the account holder meets the above exemption criteria, the said fee will be exempted.
