The brand-new mobile banking services include investment funds, small-value fund transfer, scheduled fund transfer, scheduled remittance and my portfolio. The new ICBC (Asia) mobile banking services satisfy customer needs and allow customers to manage their wealth conveniently anytime and anywhere. Moreover, the brand new services allow the customers to have complete control of your finances with better customer experiences and more convenient with much more useful information. Advantages of brand new and upgraded Mobile Banking Services:

  • The brand new “Investment Funds” service supports “Fund Subscription”, “Fund Switching, “Fund Redemption”, “Monthly Saving Plan Summary” and “Apply Monthly Saving Plan” functions. The overall operation flow of investment funds function is consistent with our internet banking services.   • For the “small-value fund transfer” service, you can make fund transfer to unregistered third party account without using two-factor authentication via our mobile banking services, after the activation of small-value fund transfer limit through our Internet Banking services. The maximum accumulative small-value fund transfer limit is HKD 3000 for 2 days.
  • “My Portfolio” function allows you to enquire transaction history of your deposit, credit card, investment and loan accounts at one glance. The enriched information enables you to manage your assets and liabilities at ease.
  • The enhanced “Transfer & Remittance” function allows you to make scheduled transfer or remittance up to 3 months in advance. It allows you to complete the transactions with more flexibility and convenience.
  • The enhanced “My Credit Card” function will show more valuable credit card information including card face, statement date, statement repayment amount, payment due date, etc. It helps you to manage your credit card transactions and repayment at ease.
  • Up-to-1-year historical transactions enquiry for banking and credit card accounts which help customers to gain better understanding of past transaction.
