Senior Personal Banking Manager (Ref: PB-PBM-MLO)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent one stop banking services to retail customers
- Promote and market various banking products and services to customers
- Understand the needs of customers and provide insurance & investment advises
- Ensure all the selling activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements:
- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in consumer banking field
- Sound exposures on both investment and insurance products, with solid knowledge in both global and local market environment
- Qualifications in IIQAS and HKSI
- Result orientated with strong customer service sense
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Personal Banking Manager
Relationship Manager - SME Business (Ref.:SMD-RM-MLO)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good customer relations and develop a portfolio of existing corporate customers
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank's products & services for the branch
- Achieve business targets by identifying and fulfilling business opportunities
- Prepare credit proposals and analyze customers' credit worthiness
- Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or SME business
- Strong knowledge in commercial products / services and credit knowledge
- Self-motivated, client focus and target driven with good selling skill
- With qualification of IIQAS and HKSI is a must
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Counter Service Officer / Manager (Ref.:Branch-CSM-MLO)
Responsibilities:
- Perform all counter transactions when required skillfully, promptly and accurately.
- Provide back offices support including batching, cash maintenance, returns and prepare control reports.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Senior Teller / Teller in day-to-day operations and ensure that the daily operations in compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies
- Handle customer enquires, introduce suitable service, resolve customer problems.
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch operations
- Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
- Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Teller / Senior Teller (Ref: PB-ST-MLO-CT)
Responsibilities:
- Handle accurate and efficient counter transactions
- Provide high quality services to customers
- Actively cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of teller and counter service experience
- Detail minded, pleasant and customer-oriented
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Contract Associate (6-month contract) (Ref.: RD-CA-CT)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry and document checking
- Provide general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or above with minimum 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in financial institution
- Organized and detailed-minded
- Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
