Premier Package

The Premier Package requires opening a new Checking Account as the Primary Account, and linking a Premier Money Market Deposit Account. It also requires a minimum daily balance of $25,000 or above in Premier Money Market Deposit account to earn high interest rate and extra benefit, including but not limit:

　　• No ATM Fee

Promotional Premier Money Market Deposit Account

Maintain minimum daily balance of $25,000 or above to earn the following interest rates, which will be effective for new funds[1]:

·         Daily balances of $25,000-$99,999.99 enjoy 3.00% Annual Percentage Yield2 on the entire balance in your account.

·         Daily balances of $100,000 or more enjoy 3.10% Annual Percentage Yield2 on the entire balance in your account.

-- Transaction Limitations

You may make no more than six transfers and withdrawals from Premier Money Market Accounts per each statement cycle. Any activity fee of $15 will be charged for each transaction that exceeds the 6-transfer/withdrawal limit. If you frequently exceed the 6-transfer/withdrawal limit, we will convert your account to another type of account.

[1] New funds are required for this account to obtain promotion rates. New funds are defined as funds not held at ICBC USA within the last 90 days. For already existing accounts, new funds are required and must increase total aggregate funds held at ICBC USA.

2 The above stated Promotional Annual Percentage Yield is effective from November 18^th, 2025. The promotion will end at the bank’s discretion.  The account will be converted to our standard Premier Money Market Account at the Bank’s current rates at the time of account conversion. A monthly maintenance fee may apply if average daily balance is not maintained. Fees may reduce earnings. Interest rates are variable and subject to change.
