A Personal Premier Package links your qualifying personal accounts with us under one relationship on one statement. You must have at least two accounts, one of which must be a Personal Checking Account, which we will designate as the Primary Account, and the other one must be a Promotional Personal Premier Money Market Deposit Account.
Promotional Personal Premier Money Market Deposit Account
Maintain minimum daily balance of $25,000.00 or above to earn the following interest rates, which will be effective for new funds1:
· Daily balances of $25,000.00 to $99,999.99 enjoy 3.00% Annual Percentage Yield2 on the entire balance in your Money Market Account.
· Daily balances of $100,000.00 or more enjoy 3.10% Annual Percentage Yield2 on the entire balance in your Money Market Account.

If you maintain a combined balance in your linked accounts of at least $25,000.00 you will receive the benefits listed below.
· No monthly service charges
· ICBC incoming wire transfer fee waived (applicable only to funds originating via any ICBC Express Transfer Remittance*)
· No ATM access fees
· No counter check fees
· Unlimited check writing for the Checking Account in the package
· No charge on the order of checks
· No charge on Money Orders and Official Checks
· No charge on the outgoing wire once per month
· No charge on Stop Payment
· Available for extra ATM/debit card daily cash – withdrawal (maximum $2,000)
- Transaction Limitations
You may make no more than six transfers and withdrawals from Premier Money Market Accounts per each statement cycle. Any activity fee of $15 will be charged for each transaction that exceeds the 6-transfer/withdrawal limit. If you frequently exceed the 6-transfer/withdrawal limit, we will convert your account to another type of account.
* The benefit of the personal premier package will be effective from July 1st, 2026. ICBC Express Transfer Remittance refers to the service for customers to make cross-border remittance between domestic and overseas ICBC institutions abroad through several channels.
1New funds are required for this account to obtain Annual Percentage Yield. New funds are defined as funds not held at ICBC USA within the last 90 days. For already existing accounts, new funds are required and must increase total aggregate funds held at ICBC (USA). Speak to a branch representative for more details.
2The above stated Promotional Annual Percentage Yield is effective from November 18th, 2025. The promotion will end at the bank’s discretion.
